2023 is a big year for South Burnett CTC, based in Kingaroy Qld! Their much loved, long serving CEO Nina Temperton, is handing the reins over to the steady hands of the fabulous Jason Erbacher. In line with this significant change, they are investing in a 12 month leadership program for their extended leadership team. Delivered in four modules, and including individual coaching sessions it is super exciting to be designing and delivering this bespoke program and to get to watch the incredible individual growth and team development as it is happening.

It is super exciting and a privilege for Wendy to be part of the Ruralscope team brought onboard by Beef Australia to design and deliver the 2024 Beef Australia Graeme Acton Beef Connections Program.
Beef Connections has a national alumni of over 20 leaders contributing to industry change and advancement. The program provides a unique mentoring experience for each participant that supports the link between leadership theory and practice. It is also designed to support participant knowledge development and skill application throughout the program, including pairing future leaders with mentors to complete a project designed to enhance Australia’s beef industry.

It was a pleasure to work with Red Earth Community Foundation and FRRR to facilitate this community resilience project.
Wendy designed and facilitated both face to face and virtual co-design processes with over 80 people. It was super exciting to see the projects that emerged from the processes, and the very cool cross pollination of ideas and collaboration that has occurred since!

Jo Eady and Wendy are on a mission to support 5000+ people by 2025 to enhance their facilitation skills to achieve better outcomes across rural and regional Australia.
They are here to ensure the voices, interests and the all-round great talent of those living, working and leading in rural Australia are heard. So much consultation goes on (think loud voices and sticky notes here) where the facilitators and processes used fall short. They have developed their programs to give participants the skills and frameworks to be confident, engaging and prepared!
They are leading a movement to improve facilitation between now and 2025. Will you be one of the 5000+ to jump on board?
